Confirmation:

You will then receive a Confirmation Email which contains the details of your order, mode of payment and postal charges.

Method of Payment:

We accept DBS/POSB and UOB Bank Fund Transfer.
An email acknowledging the transfer of funds will be sent once payment is secured.

Mailing:

Items will be mailed in the shortest time possible after we have been informed of the successful transfer of funds. Please allow 2 - 5* working days for delivery.

*How long before the mail reaches you is subjected to Singapore Post and is beyond Accessorize Online!'s control.

Payment Issues:

Please kindly make payment via DBS/POSB/UOB Bank Fund Transfer within the next 2 working days. Orders will be void after 2 days if we receive no response from you for request of extension for more days to perform transaction. Do email us to request for extension.

Customers are responsible for all postage charges unless otherwise stated.

Cost for NORMAL POSTAGE ranges from $1.00 to $2.00
depending on the weight of the items purchased.

Cost for REGISTERED POSTAGE will be an additional of $2.50.

General Issues:

All items listed are in-stock and available, unless otherwise stated.

We provide Gift Services as well. Merchandise will be sent out in a special decorative box to the specified mailing address for just an additional S$1.00.
Should you have any special requests, feel free to email us and we'll work something out.
